At AGW we've long been in awe of Gilbert as a fingerstyle player par excellence. He first came to our notice after the release of his extraordinarily beautiful Gilbert Isbin Plays Nick Drake CD. This superb collection of classic Drake songs was arranged sublimely for solo acoustic guitar by the quixotic and original left hander from Brugge in Belgium. How the program works Fingerprints of course works in any CD player. Do yourself a favour though! Put it in a good one. The playing is sublime! Fingerstyle a la mode is designed to be used in any reasonably up to date Mac or PC. You access the video and miditab via links from the PDF Manual (requires Acrobat Reader). Video and tab are displayed together, as shown on the left. The video is split screen so you can see both picking and fretting hand simultaneously. Below the video is the notation and tablature. You can play the tab back at any speed you wish. You can also print the score out and transpose the key should you desire. Have fun with the pickin'.
